Nightly rate: $225 per night / up to 4 guests / kids 5 and under stay free

Weekly rate: $1500/week (rates apply to holidays as well) / kids 5 and under stay free

Extra guests (up to 2 additional) $15 per person, per night (peak or off-peak)

$500 Security deposit, refundable with no damage or missing items

$90 to $135 Cleaning fee for each rental period, non-refundable (dependant upon number of people and length of stay)

3 to 4 night minimum over holiday weekends/weeks, please inquire

Small well-behaved dogs on approval (with additional deposit) - Pet fee is $15 per pet, per night

9% Madera County bed tax (not included in nightly/weekly rate)
