Special Off-Peak Rental Rates (10/1 to 3/31)

Rates (in US Dollars ): Personal Currency Assistant™

Nightly rate: $195 per night - up to 4 guests / kids 5 and under stay free

Weekly rate: $1250 per week / kids 5 and under stay free

Extra guests (up to 2 additional) $15 per person, per night (peak or off-peak)

$90 to $135 Cleaning fee for each rental period, non-refundable (dependant upon number of people and length of stay)

$500 Security deposit, refundable with no damage or missing items
